Centre of the Table is an innovative local food collaboration between Centre Kitchen Collective, Centre Markets and Pine Grove Hall.
Connect more deeply with our local farmers by creating seasonal recipes, getting culinary guidance via on-site video Chef Tory from farm-to-table restaurant Pine Grove Hall, purchasing locally sourced recipe kits from Centre Markets - and/or taking advantage of the unique opportunity to share a supper table at Pine Grove Hall with the farmers that provide the food at the centre of the table.
Whether you like to go out and eat, or prepare food in your own kitchen, our initiative gives you a multitude of opportunities to explore, enjoy and support the delicious local bounty of our Happy Valley region.

The featured recipe created by Chef Tory showcases a delightful Skirt steak salad with local greens, shaved radishes, cheese from Centre Markets, and a grilled spring onion vinaigrette. The bounty of fresh delicate greens that April rains bring us, combine beautiful with the flavor of Twin B's grass-fed beef.
